Small World with all the necessary rabbit holes including the new ones from Town Life. Plenty of houses and some space to build your favorite. I did not place any spawners. Use control+shift+ C " testingcheatsenabled true" control+shift+C "buydebug" and place which ever spawners you want and where you want them. There are no mods or custom content except from the store. This is a simple world with all flat lots. There is one Legacacy Challenge ready lot. All other lots have houses and rabbitholes. All houses are townie ready. Each lot has only one rabbit hole on it. I did very little decoration so you can decorate the neighborhood with your favorites from world editor in edit town.
